Hi! I'm Amy Swenson. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trained fertility mental health professional, and certified in perinatal mental health.
After dedicating nearly two decades to working with individuals and families in many different settings and wrestling with reproductive-related stress and anxiety myself, I have translated my masters-level education, extensive training, and experience into an exclusive program for women struggling with their emotions while trying to conceive, while pregnant after infertility, and postpartum. I've helped countless women transform overwhelm into empowerment through self-care and boundary-setting.
Having walked this path myself, I am here to help you navigate the emotional triggers that can often feel overwhelming. My mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to find strength and resilience on your journey.
